The Auspicious Start

Two days into 2007 and...

• Getting organized for new courses: done and done
  
• Referee reports: [cough] [cough]
  
• Bags: packed
  
• Talks: prepared
  
• For the 14+ hour flight: got a few books
  

And how considerate that they would time the Italian Cultural Festival to coincide with my visit, even at the cost of moving the Befana to January 12.
